Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, have both been charged with two robbery charges and charges for using a harmful chemical, as confirmed by court officials.
This legal action stems from an probe of an assault at the parking structure at Terminal 3 on the weekend. Before the assault occurred, two women were robbed of their luggage stolen after getting out of a car park lift, authorities reported.
A young child was caught up in the incident during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for treatment and were later discharged.
